Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Clarks Collection. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how we get our products from our printers to your doorstep.

1. Production & Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. This means that when you place an order, we send it to our production partner, Printify, to be printed and packed specifically for you.

Production Time: Most items take 2–7 business days to create.

Processing: Once production is complete, your order is packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Please note: Production times may increase during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the specific print provider used for your item. On average, you can expect the following delivery windows after the item has been produced:

United States: 3–6 business days.

Canada: 10–15 business days.

International: 10–30 business days.
Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Actual delivery times may vary.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the weight of the items and the destination address.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of the item being dispatched.

5. Multiple Shipments
Because we work with different print providers via Printify to ensure you get the best quality, items in a single order may ship separately. If you receive one part of your order but not the rest, don't worry—the remaining items are likely still in production or transit.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Clarks Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to the printer due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or if the tracking indicates it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify to investigate and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
