1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Reporting Window: Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requirements: You must include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or the print error.

In some cases of damage, we may require you to mail the defective item back to us.

2. Sizing and "Change of Mind"
Since our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection.

Color preferences or "change of mind."

Orders placed by mistake.

3. Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

Invalid Address: If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Lost Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office immediately. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
